You should drink what feels best. Red wine is not bad for you though. Drink water and sip on half a glass of winw. There&#039;s no rule to say you shouldn&#039;t have both.</description>

meals and red wine are not bad together. If you are not used of eating your meals with red wine then next time you do consider water back up. Red wine are strong. i do love red wine and i drink it when i&#039;m eating dinner or lunch but i also have a water back up. remember just a sip!</description>

Feeling warm while drinking red wine is common though I can&#039;t explain the chemistry of it.  It is always better to drink water instead of alcohol but I don&#039;t think that red wine actually makes your body retain any extra fat.</description>
