This will sound discouraging but, no, you can&#039;t do that to achieve the same or even vaguely similar result. You&#039;ll end up with raw alcoholic white wine &#039;flavoured&#039; by the raw, stronger, &#039;classic&#039; Worcestershire sauce. The white wine has to steep with the other ingredients to produce the blend required. Besides, not only is white wine Worcestershire sauce milder, its texture is thicker, more viscous than the classic one. You&#039;ll have to lay your hands on the real thing. :-/</description>
